1. Why do I have to sign-up?
   Some of the features of the HRC such as the housing and roommate searches require that you make a number of selections. The HRC uses a database to store your choices between pages and sessions.
   
   
2. How is University Housing Resources connected with my school?
   Your school has contracted with University Housing Resources, LLC to provide this service to you. The HRC is not part of your school's web site, and your school accepts no responsibility for the content of the HRC. Furthermore, your school offers no warranties, guarantees, or assurances regarding any materials, goods or services obtained by use of UHR's Housing Resource Center. By using the HRC you acknowledge these terms.
   
   
3. How do I change my password?
   Follow these steps to change your password:
   1. Click the "home" link.
   2. Select "Update Profile"
   3. Find Username on the form. Next to it is a link entitled "Click here to change."
   4. On the form that is presented change you password.
   5. Click the "Update Profile" button.
   
   
   
4. How do I close my account?
   To remove your account and all associated information such as your roommate profile from the HRC:
   1. Click the "home" link.
   2. Click the "remove profile" menu item.
   3. Enter your username and password and click the "Remove Profile" button.
